Enchanted Valley HOA Board Meetings
are the First Monday of Each Month at the club house. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Trash days
are Wednesday and Saturday. Please Remember that the trash should not be taken to the street before 5pm the day before and garbage cans should be out of site as soon as possible after collection.
Deadline for newsletter article submission
is the 8th of the month.
Doing some house repairs?
Remember before you paint, re-roof or add an addition to please contact the management company. They have been granted approval authority for most basic requests. The general rule is that basic repairs, such as repainting the same color, will be immediately approved. This arrangement is designed to make the system convenient for home owners. New home builds, major renovations and variances to deed restrictions will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for review by the ACC.
